Anas Madeira | Director
Anas Madeira is the founder of Dili Dirt Bike, established in 2017, and a key leader in Timor-Leste’s tourism industry. Since 2015, Anas has played a significant role in developing the sector, notably coordinating the government’s first successful P&O cruise ship visit. In recognition of his contributions, he received the Best Tour Guide Award in 2020 from USAID and the Government of Timor-Leste. Anas continues to collaborate with the Australian government through the Market Development Facility to advance adventure tourism. With a vision of sustainable growth, he aims to elevate Timor-Leste’s tourism, empowering local communities and showcasing the nation’s rich cultural heritage.
Zu Silva has been a dedicated member of Timor-Leste’s tourism industry since 2016, leveraging his extensive background in safety and security acquired through his work with peacekeeping forces in Timor-Leste from 2006 to 2012. As the Transport and Safety Manager at Dili Dirt Bike, Zu is responsible for managing all transport logistics and implementing rigorous safety protocols to ensure secure and enjoyable adventure experiences. His commitment to excellence and in-depth knowledge of Timor-Leste’s unique terrain play a key role in providing authentic and safe motorcycle tours across the country.

Pako Amaral | Tour cordinator
Pako is a dedicated junior member of the Dili Dirt Bike team and one of the fastest learners in the tourism industry. As the primary rider, Pako leads tours across Timor-Leste, serving as a Tour Leader and Tour Coordinator. With a passion for riding and a deep enthusiasm for showcasing the beauty and culture of Timor-Leste, Pako excels at delivering authentic and adventurous experiences to visitors. Known for his expertise and leadership, Pako is committed to providing exceptional motorcycle tours that highlight the best of Timor-Leste.
Ze Peregrino | Professional Mechanic
Ze Peregrino is the dedicated Lead Mechanic at Dili Dirt Bike, known for his exceptional skills in ensuring all bikes are tour-ready. A self-taught mechanic and a versatile handyman, Ze excels in troubleshooting and repairs, earning the title of a true “bush mechanic.” His role extends beyond maintenance, as he accompanies larger groups on tours, serving as the sweeper rider to ensure no one is left behind and that everyone arrives safely. Ze’s expertise and commitment are vital to the smooth and secure running of all motorcycle tours.
